HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

HiitBox Boxing

Gloves on! This class is mainly focused on bag work & boxing technique finishing off with bodyweight exercises. We will give you the tips and techniques you need to come out WINNING!
